PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

-Any Florida based worker who has not owned a home for the last 3 years is eligible.

-Must be a full time employee (35+ hours a week).

-5% of the loan amount, up to $35,000 eligible for downpayment and/or closing costs.

-The 5% will be in the form of a 0% interest second mortgage.

-No repayment on the second mortgage until house sells or refinances.

-640 minimum credit score.

-Income limits for borrowers only (income limits vary by county).
