Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• First-time homebuyer status (no homeownership within the past 3 years)
• Full-time employment in an eligible profession in Florida
• Minimum credit score: 640
• Household income: at or below 150% of the county’s median income

Program Benefits

• Up to $35,000 toward down payment and closing costs
• 0% interest
• 30-year deferred second mortgage
• Assistance available with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional financing
