To give Jeff 10 stars !! I was recommended to Jeff a personal friend – I was apprehensive at first based on our distance as we are in Coral Springs and most of all work would be done via tell, I am more of a face-to-face one on one person. I must say I was highly impressed with jeffs professionalism and ease along with his knowledge During the entire process. I was a first time home buyer purchasing a bank owned home- we are in contract for 18 months. Needless to say this did not make it easy on Jeff’s and trying to lock in the best rate for us however without a blink of an eye he did everything he could to assure he was in our best interest. He worked with us one on one and I had the utmost confidence in him feeling as if I was his only client. Jeff was available whenever we needed and sometimes it was Sunday and during his family vacation – even if it was just to talk to ease us through the way. It was a very long and complicated process and he stood right there helping us. He even made sure he was present at our closing which mortgage brokers do not need to do.
He checked over everything for us to assure it was all complete. Did I forget to mention he drove 3 hours to be there with us . I could not thank him enough for all
He has done from beginning to end helping us through one of most important steps of our life !!
