Between buying homes and refinancing, I worked with Tim Billups four times since early 2000s. My last work with him was in December 2021 when I purchased a home. The first two times, I shopped around, and Tim had the best rates. I no longer shop around – I know Tim will take care of me well. He is very knowledgable, and very accessible (phone, email). I think he typically responds to me in half hour or so, it seems, and I don’t know how he manages that! He is always very helpful, and acts as a resource not just on mortgage financing, but other related issues as well. Thanks to him and his contacts I got home insurance at half the price of the next quote I received.
